We ship only to countries within the European Union. For shipments outside the European Union, please contact us.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders equal to or exceeding €125.00.

SHIPPING METHODS

Product shipments are carried out via a courier selected by Volverup.com, which provides a shipment tracking service.

The courier makes deliveries on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local or national holidays) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours from the Order Confirmation date (if the order is placed by 4:00 PM on a business day), except in remote areas.

In case of delivery failure, the courier leaves a delivery attempt notice on the intercom/mailbox, informing the recipient of the attempt. A second delivery attempt is automatically scheduled for the next day. If the recipient is still absent, the shipment is held at the local branch for 3 business days. On the 4th business day, the package is transferred to the local Post Office, and a notice card is sent to the recipient. The recipient has an additional 7 days (including Saturdays) to collect the package from the Post Office. Failure to collect within this period will result in the package being automatically returned.

Volverup.com is not responsible for any courier delivery service malfunctions.

For deliveries to receptions (signed for by the receptionist), Volverup.com is not liable for subsequent failure to deliver the package to the final recipient.

If a destination country is not listed, it means that delivery of products to that country is not currently available.

Upon product delivery, the Customer must check:

• The number of packages delivered matches the transport document.

• The packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including closure materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

• Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately noted by specifying on the delivery document that will be returned to the courier.

• Any issues regarding physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of received products must be reported within 14 days of delivery, as per the procedures outlined in this document.

DELIVERY TIMES

Products are delivered within 3/4 days from the order date if placed by 4:00 PM on a business day. Delays in delivery may occur due to temporary product unavailability, courier service malfunctions, force majeure events, or holidays. For purchases made with a Credit Card or PayPal, delays in shipment may be due to the inability to authorize payment.

Delivery times provided by Volverup.com are purely indicative. A delay in delivery or subsequent partial shipments do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or claim compensation.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Product returns can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery, under the conditions described below.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be unused and preferably in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or otherwise altered items. We do not accept returns of products lacking their original labels.

CONDITIONS AND DEFECTS

If you have ordered the wrong product or believe there are quality defects, we will gladly refund the purchase price. Before returning, please contact customer service at ciao@volverup.com with the subject "online return." We will not process refunds if the product shows signs of use, manipulation, or external interventions. Note that our scars are an added value.

RETURNS IN ITALY

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returned items can be sent to the following address: Volver Upcycling - Via Pesenti 50, 38060 Villa Lagarina TN. If the product is lost during the return transport, we cannot issue a refund. We recommend using a carrier that provides a Track & Trace service for shipping.

REFUNDS

Returned items, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded after inspection by us.
